Connecting a Windows Device to Eduroam

Connecting to Eduroam for Windows Devices
1. Open the settings on your computer and select Network and Internet.
2. Under "Show Available Networks," select Eduroam.
3. The username is your student email. It needs to be formatted as <yournetid>@byu.edu.
4. The password will be your BYU password, the same one you use for all BYU websites.
5. Click "Connect" on the dialogue box that asks if you want to continue connecting. You should now be connected to Eduroam.
6. If you continue to have trouble connecting to Eduroam, please contact the BYU Tech Support Center at 801-422-4000 for assistance. Let them know you have tried all the troubleshooting steps on this webpage.
