• We can transfer you to almost every single department or office across campus! Whether you need our Admissions Office or the BYU Creamery on Ninth, we can get you there.
• We can also give out contact information for professors and other faculty members if it is in our directory.
• If you have general questions about the university or events on campus, we can also answer those! If we can’t, we will connect you with someone who can.

• We try to help all those who contact us the best that we can, but we are a general information helpline solely for the university.
• When contacting us please refrain from asking questions that aren’t associated with or related to Brigham Young University.
